Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

I used part milk chocolate and part semi sweet chocolate chips. I also added a tablespoon of cocoa. So richly delicious!

Gingerbread Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

These were really great! I used full flavored molasses which was a bit much for some of my friends but I liked it :) I used the whipped cream cheese frosting here: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Whipped-Cream-Cream-Cheese-Frosting/Detail.aspx It was a perfect combination!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

I used a white cake mix and followed others suggestions of additional vanilla and melted butter. It was tasty and easy but still tasted like a cake mix with blueberries in it. I would make it again if I needed a quick dessert (as I did tonight!)

Fresh Spinach Salad

This rating is mainly for the dressing, it was fabulous! I wasn't sure if my husband would like it since it has a sweetness to it, but he loved it! I added some fresh ground pepper and a little salt to taste. Thanks for sharing!

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

These doughnuts were the best I've ever made! The glaze was exactly what I wanted (I added a little lemon juice). My doughnuts cooked perfectly at 350 degrees.
