Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
I used part milk chocolate and part semi sweet chocolate chips. I also added a tablespoon of cocoa. So richly delicious!

Gingerbread Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
These were really great! I used full flavored molasses which was a bit much for some of my friends but I liked it :) I used the whipped cream cheese frosting here: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Whipped-Cream-Cream-Cheese-Frosting/Detail.aspx It was a perfect combination!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
As per other reviewers, I used about 2 cups of powdered sugar and it was so delicious! I put them on top of the Gingerbread Cupcakes: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Gingerbread-Cupcakes-with-Cream-Cheese-Frosting/Detail.aspx Divine!
