My favorite things to cook
BBQ chicken wings, 5 spice chicken, banana pudding, peach cobbler, menudo,tacos,spaghetti,sweet potato pies, tri tip, short ribs, BBQ beef or pork ribs, turkey and cornbread dressing
My favorite family cooking traditions
We try to get together for Christmas and thanksgiving.
My Daughter has now mastered my recipes , so I can pass on in peace.
In fact I have to admit she make a mean sweet potatoe pie with graham cracker crust.

Finishing Culinary Arts school in 1994, AA degree in Culinary Arts, Restaurant management, and Small business Management.
