Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
These were okay. They pretty much melted in my mouth. Nice for a quick craving fix.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
This was great. I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta (personal preference), and made this for my boyfriend and his family. Everyone loved it, even the 16 year old who hates everything. :) This is definitely a "special occasion" dish, but a keeper!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Easy and delicious. I used beef broth instead of water. I also added baby carrots and potatoes. My boyfriend licked his plate clean, I will definitely add this to our rotation.
