Waffles I

Great! First batch I made as written and it was a 'bit' bland. Second batch I made with cinnamon and blueberries. Light, fluffy and delicious!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Great! I didnt even let the yeast proof; just popped everything into the bread machine and let it run...great texture for sandwiches. Kids loved it and asked for another loaf!

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs

Great dish! The changes I made:I doubled the chicken broth & added a little extra tumeric for more sauce. I also added a handful of frozen green peas for color. I had to substitute dried cranberries 'cause I was out of raisins. I served over plain polenta. This dish reminded us of a curry. Hubby and I devoured it! Will definately make again!

Butter Cream Frosting II

Great frosting! Smooth, easy to use for decorating. I did not find it too sweet at all. I used butter instead of margarine for flavor. I used it to decorate my hubby's Birthday cake and he raved! Will definately use again!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Good enchiladas! The flour tortillas are a nice change from corn. Instead of taco sauce, I used the 'Red Enchilada Sauce' recipe from this site. Excellent!

Excellent! I used a bit more chipotle salsa than was called for, and a touch more chili powder. Definately an improvement over canned sauce!

Scones

Wonderful! I had some fresh strawberries to use and wanted to make something different. I just sliced them up and made fresh strawberry scones. They were great plain, and with strawberry jam. Blueberry would be great as well. Will definately make again!

Pumpkin Bread IV

Awesome! This is the best pumpkin bread I have ever made. The outside is slightly crispy, and you can adjust the spices to suit your taste..(I added a bit more:). Served it toasted w/jam and my hubby loved it. Will definately make alot!

Fall Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

Excellent! I served at Thanksgiving dinner and it was perfect! I prepared the dressing the day before and let it chill overnight. The gorgonzola really gives this salad a nice kick!

Great recipe! I spiced it up a bit by adding a serrano and jalapeno pepper to the filling, as well as a little cumin and extra garlic. Quick and tasty meal!
