Sweet and Sour Kielbasa
I use two pounds of sausage, and served it over rice. My whole family liked it, even my very picky 5 year old. I'll keep this one!

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
I don't have a candy thermometer, so I used ice water and watched the color. it worked fine. Super easy and really tasty!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
I use this recipe all the time. In fact, I have it by heart now! Very cream-cheesy and delicious. I've also melted a cup of chocolate chips into it, and added a little more sugar to make chocolate cream cheese frosting. yum
