Perfect Turkey
I made this for Canadian Thanksgiving last month and got so many compliments from my guests. I made a couple changes. When I rinsed the brine off the turkey next day I rubbed it with a Caribbean seasoning (mixture of ground onion, garlic, chives, salt, pepper and cilantro.) Then I rubbed the butter mixture under the skin as well as on top. It was so juicy and flavourful. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing Shelley!

Split Pea and Ham Soup I
This recipe is awesome. Some changes I made: used olive oil to saute carrots, onions and garlic added a bit of chili flakes for some oomph This is a perfect soup for Canadian winter evenings. Thanks for sharing.
