Perfect Turkey
I made this for Canadian Thanksgiving last month and got so many compliments from my guests. I made a couple changes. When I rinsed the brine off the turkey next day I rubbed it with a Caribbean seasoning (mixture of ground onion, garlic, chives, salt, pepper and cilantro.) Then I rubbed the butter mixture under the skin as well as on top. It was so juicy and flavourful. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing Shelley!
