Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
This was so simple and awesome. I probably spent less than 5 minutes on this. I did add some BBQ sauce to the crock pot while it was cooking. I also added some (maybe a cup) of the gravy/juices to the meat and sauce.

Puffed Cauliflower Cheese
This was just OK. It seemed more like an egg bake than cauliflower. If I wanted this again I'd probably only use 2 eggs.
