All-Day Apple Butter
This was great! I only made one change: I added a few tablespoons of corn starch to thicken the butter to make it less runny and easier to spread on toast.

Butterscotch Apple Cookies
I've made these twice, and they are always a hit! The second time I made them into cookie bars (somewhat like a blondie). They are definitely better with LOTS of apple shavings.
