The Best Ugly Turkey
My turkey turned out great- very moist and not dry ,especially the breast meat. The real trick is to turn the bird over without tearing up the turkey or burning yourself. Be careful when you do that. I had a 14 lb bird and that is probably the largest I would do this way.

Bread Machine Rolls
An excellent recipe that turned out great!! I substituted one tablespoon of honey for one of the tablespoons of sugar for a little sweeter flavor. Other than that I made no other changes. Will make these for Thanksgiving this year!!

Ham and Beans
Very Good! I like the change of pace with the added sweetness of the brown sugar. I did cut the brown sugar to 1/4 cup but otherwise kept to the recipe. Excellent when served over rice and with cornbread as a side.
