Pumpkin Chili Mexicana

excellent..I didn't tell my husband about the pumpkin but asked him what he thought and he said "sweet". I used hamburg instead of the turkey, other than that I followed the recipe exactly. This might replace my chili recipe that I have used for years, it was that good. Thick, sweet yet a bit of spice and just really good! A Keeper!

Easy to make and excellent taste. No frosting so it was great to put in lunches, my husband and I both brown bag every day. Definately a keeper!!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Super excellent! After reading the reviews, the only thing I did was rub some seasoning (Grill Mates Garlic & Herb) on the roast before I put it in the crock pot, did not brown it. And the leftovers made awesome hot roast beef sandwiches.

Roasted Pork Loin

Fabulous, the meat even had great flavor leftover the next day in a salad. I used a 4lb bone-in roast and used a meat thermometer and doubled the recipe. Will definately make again!

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake

not sure how something can be bland and really spicy at the same time but this recipe does it. I fixed it up with fresh grated pecorino rmano cheese at serving and it was ok then. Would not make again, too many other good recipes out there.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

absolutely the best and I used the whole box of frozen chopped spinach. It was perfect and got rave reviews even from some of my food "snob" friends! making it again for a shower next weekend..yum yum!

Baked Haddock

was ok, everyone liked it and it all dissapeared but I thought it definatley need a splash of lemon to jazz it up. Cooked it on the broiler pan sprayed with Pam and it came off the pan easily.

Grilled Salmon I

because of the health benefits, I have tried (unsuccessfully) to get my husband to eat salmon. He just wasn't crazy about it until I tried this recipe. I used the sockeye salmon and it was really good, he even said he would definately eat it again! Yeah!

Bahama Mama

Awesome...at first I tried the orange/pineapple/banana juice combo that others had used but absolutley did not care for the banana in it so made it exactly as the recipe states but doubled the liquor (I like my drinks with some bite). I used cups instead of ouces and made a batch to put in the frig. Even good the next day. Definately a keeper, just will use the recommended amount of booze for a gathering....could scare people! Nice summery flavor :)

Mexican Potato Stew

Very easy and filling. I had to substitute a can of dark kidney beans for the ranch style beans because I could not find anything like that locally. But we love kidney beans anyways. A dish of this and a glass of milk kept me full for hours and only one dirty skillet!

World's Best Lasagna

First I have to say I cut the salt from 1 Tablespoon to 1 teaspoon and the taste was good, I think it would have been way too salty witht he 1 T. It was better reheated but definately NOT the best lasagna recipe I have made and will not make again. I have other recipes that are much better. Just found it kind of boring and the sauce kind of heavy.
