About this Cook
I am for the most part a health nut who loves great tasting food. I have been in the martial srts for 20yrs now and also do stunt work. I worked in my first restraunt at 14 and was front-line manager for a gourmet restraunt at 16. At 18 I was hired by a chain to train new managers and employees. I now help to run a not profit orginization called Food for Thought. We are about to open a full line restraunt to teach the un-housed in our area the working skills needed to find a good job within the food services.

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers
Amazing dish! It tastes great, looks great and is quite simple to make. Next time I decide to make this I think I'll leave out the salt though. I used low sodium broth and it was still a bit salty for my taste. Over all it was an excelent meal that I will definately make again. Thanks for sharing :) ps; The only cheese I had on hand was an Italian mix with asiago and it went well with this dish.
