Jalapeno Chicken

Yummy! I cooked it on the stove instead of baking it and doubled the jalapenos because we love spicy. Got a "thumbs up" from my brother =)

So yummy! I doubled the recipe because we are a family of 6. I served the green beans on the side. Everyone wanted seconds! I will def. make this again =)

Quick Skillet Chicken and Macaroni Parmesan

So good!! I didn't have motz cheese so I used chedder instead. It only took about 15 minutes to make. Loved it!!

I made this soup tonight for dinner and it was yummy!! The only things I did different was substitute green beans and corn for the cabbage and peppers, because we didn't have any. And made the meatballs beforehand. I cooked them in the oven for 25 min at 350 degrees. I would make this again! Thanks for the great idea!
