Ranch Bean Dip
This was okay, my kids enjoyed it but my husband did not. It was good for a little something different, but I don't think I'll make it again.

Mexican Rice II
My family really liked this! I've been searching for a recipe that is close to the Mexican rice we order at our local Mexican restaurant and this is the best I've found. I did need to add a little salt. Great side dish!

Pesto Pizza
I found this recipe on allrecipes quite a while ago and have made it several times. It's foolproof and delicious! Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch. I've used both jarred pesto and the Knorr packaged mix. Both work well for this recipe, but I prefer the jarred as it is a little thicker.
