I usually cook on a small scale, as my husband is constantly traveling and I only have one child. I love to eat healthy foods, and use lots of fresh fruits and veggies!

I love to make soups. I also enjoy pasta and rice with vegetables.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My only traditions in cooking are eggs benedict on Christmas & Easter Morning and my own secret recipe for mushroom and wild rice stuffing for Thanksgiving.
My cooking tragedies
Only one meal in the last 15 years my husband didn't like. I made lemon pepper shrimp and it turned out to have WAY too much lemon!
