Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken
Easy, yummy and relatively fast for a roasted chicken. Definitely a go-to recipe. Roast with potatoes and onions for a one dish meal.

Fish Tacos
The sauce was awesome. The fish itself was a little bland. I think it may be better with a marinade before the breading.
