Texas Chocolate Frosting
This frosting is delicious! No need to look further. I didn't measure my powdered sugar, but I think I used about 2 cups. I did sift the sugar. The frosting was perfectly smooth and chocolately. The cake I made wasn't great but the frosting saved it.

Southern-Style Meat Sauce
I love this sauce! I've been using it for awhile now. I make it without the mushrooms because of my kids. And I just use about 1/2lb of ground beef or sausage, whatever I have on hand. Just one can of tomato paste but more tomato sauce.
