Finally a recipe that doesn't need tweaking, but will still be fun to play with!

I just made this Stroganoff for my husband, son and I, and I was really disappointed. With all the sour cream and cream cheese, it was just too heavy. The taste was a bit off, too. Maybe it was the particular type of gravy mix I bought... My husband did seem to think it was so bad, and it was edible, but I won't be making this again.
