Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

This was fantastic!!! I made this for the wife and I on Sunday, and it was delicious! Followed the directions almost exactly, and let it marinate for about 24 hours. This is a definite make again! easy and delicious!

Jamaican Beef Patties

As has been mentioned, the dough needs to be doubled. Had a LOT of filling leftover. This is a great "get you started" recipe, but the meat could use a little more seasoning/adjusting.

Faux Jerk Chicken

Made this delicious marinade and let stand overnight. The next afternoon we ate the chicken on ciabatta bread as a Jerk Sandwich. I even cooked it indoors on an electric grill due to rain.... Fantastic!

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

As many others did, I omitted the salt completely. I also substituted the steak seasoning for Montreal steak seasoning. With those two minor changes, these steaks were fantastic. Spices and flavor in every bite. Due to the weather, I even cooked them on an electric grill inside, and they were still tender and delicious!! I let them marinate overnight (Everything should marinate overnight!!!!) Very happy with the results! I'd recommend them to anyone!
