Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
This was a hit in my house. I follow the instructions but then addmy own twist to it. I did not have red wine so instead I added red cooking wine. Next time I use less with the cooking wine. I added more mushrooms and green onions. I threw in some spices as well. If I do 4 hours on my Crockpot then the settings is on high so I cooked it for 6 hours instead. Pork came out nice and tender. With the gravy, meat and mashed potatoes it all worked out great! I will most definitely make this again.
