Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

I was absolutely AMAZED by how GOOD this dish was! This has a great balance of the good ol' Italian flavor with a Spicy kick to it! Great!!! Oh, the 6 Garlic cloves are NOT TOO much at all! Everything is well balanced in the end, so don't be afraid to use all 6, it won't overwhelm the flavor.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I made this for the very first time in my life and I am SO proud of myself! The whole family LOVED it! I never was a big fan of cheesecake because of that bitter/sour after taste.. until now! This cheesecake definately does NOT have that aftertaste! It's absolutely delicious! I now Love Cheesecake! I greased the sides of the pan and let it cool down in the oven. It came out perfect, no cracks at all.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

This was my very first time baking cupcakes.. and I am SO HAPPY I chose this recipe!! The coloring came out perfect, the cupcake was nice and moist.. just perfect! The only thing I changed.. was using less cocoa - WHICH I REGRET! I guess for a true Red Velvet, less cocoa is better.. but for my own personal preference, I like it to have more of a chocolate flavor. My boyfriend took it to work with him...... and it was A BIG HIT! I used Janis' Cream Cheese Frosting II too!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

EXCELLENT FROSTING! I put in an extra cup of powdered sugar like others had suggested! The frosting thickened just right! I used this recipe for my Red Velvet cupcakes. My boyfriend took it to his retreat and they LOVED it! They couldn't believe the frosting was home made!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

I didn't like it much.. I followed the instructions exactly.. I'm looking for one that tastes like the ones they serve at Olive Garden... BUT my boyfriend DID like it.. so I guess some of us are more picky than others.
