I was absolutely AMAZED by how GOOD this dish was! This has a great balance of the good ol' Italian flavor with a Spicy kick to it! Great!!! Oh, the 6 Garlic cloves are NOT TOO much at all! Everything is well balanced in the end, so don't be afraid to use all 6, it won't overwhelm the flavor.

I made this for the very first time in my life and I am SO proud of myself! The whole family LOVED it! I never was a big fan of cheesecake because of that bitter/sour after taste.. until now! This cheesecake definately does NOT have that aftertaste! It's absolutely delicious! I now Love Cheesecake! I greased the sides of the pan and let it cool down in the oven. It came out perfect, no cracks at all.
