Slow Cooker Carnitas
5 stars! Doubled up on the spices, didn't use the cinnamon. I used pork the first time, then a rump roast the 2nd time, great for both! Put the meat in the toaster oven before serving to give it a little crunch. Thanks so much!

Guacamole
Great and easy guacamole recipe. I used a key lime instead of a whole lime because I think it's a little over powering to add that much lime juice. My family and I love this recipe! Thanks so much.

Slow Cooker Pork
This was fantastic. I only out a little water in the bottom of the crock pot, but I wouldn't fill the water over the pork, there would be no flavor. I added a little minced garlic. The pork was so tender, everyone went back for 2nds. We made tacos out of it, will make again!
