Healthy Banana Cookies
These were, what I can only describe as a very pleasant surprise. Chewy, but not overly, just enough natural sweetness from the banana and dates. I made up a batch for an upcoming kayaking/hiking trip and I already 'tested' them on my husband, lol. (I put three chocolate chips per cookie on the tops of the ones for him). They passed that test and seem to be storing very well. ***Mixed in some natural un-sweetened coconut into half of the next batch I made(for me) and white chocolate chips on the other half, right on the top again(for him). We ate the first batch before the trip this week, lol. Thanks to the poster, and to those making them, have fun changing up whats inside them, I may try some pumpkin puree next in place of the bananas :-)

Roasted Potato Salad with Vinaigrette
Nice flavour, I used fresh dill since I had a HUGE bunch of it in the fridge :-) I didn't serve it totally chilled though, it was still a bit warm when I added the dressing. Wow, those potatoes were like flavour sponges for the dressing, lol. I think serving it warm, reminded me slightly of German potato salad. I would make again, with possibly trying different veggies, or accents in the dressing. Great base, ty for posting. ****Also, for people new to posting reviews, details are appreciated and very helpful to the rest of us who feed(pun intended) our foodie addictions here daily :-)

Donair
This was a nice recipe. I followed other posters suggestions and the sauce was sweet, tangy and thick. Plus the addition of the oregano was spectacular :-)
