I've made this recipe several times now, and each and every time, it has been a huge hit! My husband LOVES it, and always says it's the most tender, moist and delicious roast he's ever had. Better than a restaurant, he says! :) I served it for family who came to visit, and everyone raved on how much they loved it. A+ recipe, so easy to make, and quick too!
