Double Tomato Bruschetta

This was delicious! I made it for a work potluck, so I prepared everything the night before, then heated up the bread and added the “toppings” the next day. I'm sure it would have been better if I had been able to eat it immediately, but it was still very good. I definitely recommend brushing olive oil on the bread before putting it in the oven - this made the bread soft and full of flavor. I also followed the other recommendations regarding oil packed tomatoes and fresh ingredients - that really made the difference!

BLT Pasta Salad

I love this recipe! I made it last week when I didn't know what to do for dinner, but decided to give it a try because I already had most of the ingredients. I used rotini pasta, grape tomatoes, and substituted peas for the onions. I didn't have any bacon on hand, but did have a full container of McCormick's bacon-flavored bits. It was the perfect amount and still tasted great! My husband and mom added hot sauce to theirs and gobbled it right up. I will definitely make this again!

Parmesan Fondue

I made this fondue for my husband for Valentine's Day and he loved it! As suggested, I used heavy whipping cream instead of milk, which really added to the recipe. It is simple to prepare and, of course, incredibly easy to eat! We enjoyed it so much that we didn't even touch the chocolate fondue that I made for dessert!
