J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
AWESOME! After only one bite my husband said these were the best biscuits ever! I though so too. Nice crust, fluffy interior and lightly golden brown (I brushed with melted butter at 10 minutes). The only adjustment i'd make for next time (and there WILL be a next time!) Is buttermilk, that would be perfect!!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I added oatmeal to the topping, but otherwise kept it the same and it's AWESOME! They're moist and banana-y! My husband is debating a third muffin!

Classic Tiramisu
This was dead simple and super tasty! My mistake was not getting enough ladyfingers. Otherwise it was great!
