I love this recipe. I made it with fresh mushroom like another reviewer did. I then added chicken that cooked I in the same spices. It makes a great one dish dinner and the leftovers (if there are any) are even better for lunch at work. What a great way to get the kids to eat veggies.

I was looking for a desert to bring to my son's 5th grade dinner & desert auction. This recipe seemed to hit all the marks for high dollars, cheesecake, chocolate and carmel. I used walnuts instead of pecans. It cooked beautifully. It earned $45 for my son's class. The family that bought it said it was great. I think I will make one for my family for Valentine's Day.
