Asian Orange Chicken
Great flavor, but for some reason the breading did not work at all. We followed the suggestion of using egg before dipping chicken in the flour mix, and the end result was super super gooey. (I never seem to have much luck with breading anyway.) I rated it 5 stars for the great flavor, and since I think the problem was from our alteration. I plan to make this again, but without any alterations. I also accidentally doubled the orange peel and it wasn't noticable.

Sugar Cookie Frosting
Easy and tastes delicious. I used softened butter flavored shortening, since I don't like the flavor of regular shortening. Skim milk works the best along with the 5 minutes of beating to get it to a good smooth consistency.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Easy and delicious. I used a 6lb pork butt and cooked on low for 9 and a half hours with 2 cans of reduced sodium beef broth, 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's and large slices of onion. The meat just fell apart and right off the bone. I then baked it for 1/2 hour with 40oz of Sweet Baby Ray's. I served with white and whole buns. Everyone loved them. My 6 yr old even loved them & they made great leftovers. I highly recommend this recipe. Especially w/ Sweet Baby Ray's. It is one of the only BBQ sauces I like.
