Chicken Pesto a la Lisa
This is fabulous! I've made it several times. I actually just use 2 frozen chicken breasts, and boil them for 15-20 min. Half way through I add my whole wheat pasta, and a bag chopped brocoli to the boiling water. I chop the chicken and add everything back into the original pan. Just fabulous! It's even good cold the next day for lunch.
