When I was in my Teens I use to love making Desserts. Nowadays I've kind of stepped away from Desserts and lean more towards appetizers, gourmet dinners, and lately Fondues.

Curry ... I've only made it once and I'm pretty sure I'll never do that one again.

Apple Kielbasa Coins
This was a nice simple recipe but unless you can come up with some nice side dishes that compliment this dish it really does end up being a bit too sweet.

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
Great recipe definitely on par with Olive Gardens Zuppa Toscana. The only thing I do differently for this recipe is use Hot Italian sausage and Sprinkle a Parmesan Romano cheese Mix on top.

Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
I use this recipe almost everytime I make scallops ... Its that good. Occasionally I add a some orange cognac to this recipe for a different twist on it.
