Orange Spiced Chicken
I took the advise of others and switched the orange juice and soy sauce amounts around and added 1/8 teaspoon of chili spice. My husband thought it was just ok.

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff
My husband who doesn't care for any pasta loved this. Didn't have any roasted pepper so I just used red, orange and yellow bell peppers and placed them in the pan with the mushrooms and onions. This was an excellent dish!

Clover's Shrimp and Basil
Served this with rice and it was excellent. Used dried basil instead and doubled the sauce. We added the cooked rice at the end and mix it all together, the rice tasted excellent with the seasoning. Will make again soon.
