My favorite things to cook
I LOVE to bake and do any type of pastry work, although boys you better be scared cause this girl can saute :) I love Italian cuisine, because that's my heritage. I enjoy the fresh yet deep flavors of the cuisine as well as their limitless ingredients. Some of my favorite ingredients are rosemary, whole butter, apples and dark chocolate.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We have a Thanksgiving tradition of my grandmothers Italian Wedding Soup, we sit around the dining room table together and roll close to a thousand meatballs, hey I've had ALOT of practice. Sunday is always about the three F's, family, fun and food.
