Double Tomato Bruschetta
Wonderful!! Easy!! The only substitute I made was pizza cheese instead of straight mozarella & I sliced the romas making a pretty presentation. Filling will make 2 loaves if you add a little more sun dried tomatoes.

Blooming Onion and Dipping Sauce
only made the sauce..it was fantastic! keeps well too!

Creamy Sourdough Snack
leave out the worchestire sauce, baked in Hawaiian bread instead of sourdough...fantastic..serve with the bread pieces...add a little garlic and onion powder, hint of red pepper
