This is a great recipe--it's easy to make, tasty, and there's plenty to share! I adapted a few things to make it easier on myself--instead of buying the tomatoes and chilies separately I used two cans of Rotel, and as recommended by others I bought a bag of tortilla chilps and put my chicken breasts in the crockpot frozen.
