Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew
I made this in a dutch oven, and was able to make this in an hour and a half on the stove top. Went over very, very well with guests and I will definitely make this again. I used a Cabernet for the wine.

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
This was really yummy! I added a few of the French's Fried Onions to the top of each filet, and that was a really nice touch. I broiled my steak, and it came out really tasty with the butter. Enjoy!
