Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is wonderful because it can be many things to many people just by changing salt or spice or featured content (shrimp..corn). It can stand alone or be a base for other flavors for sure. I'm sharing the next batch with many others to try. I have for sure found a recipe to make and freeze for me and my 90+ grandmothers. Good job.

Baked Zucchini

Crawfish Chowder

I was given a rave review from a close friend when I made this for her. I took the advise of other reviews and added doubled the cream cheese and corn, and added skinless smoked sausage. I had frozen tail meat and used that. Wonderful stuff.

Tomato, Corn and Avocado Salsa

For my southern born extended family, I needed something for the crowd that occupies left of the middle road and this did it hands down. I added black beans (because my wife likes them and they are healthy) and it worked well. Recipe bookmarked.

Beer Cheese Soup II

Avocado Soup

Southern Pimento Cheese

First time trying this and I liked the concept. True to form, I increased the cayenne just a little for a longer finish, added a tad of dry mustard, and some worcestershire sauce in the spirit of Beer Cheese soup. This recipe didn't need it from my tasting but it fit my taste. Time to give it to the troops to try.
