These pretzels tasted great the first day, but by the second they were pretty "blah." The recipe was very easy to follow, except like everyone else I had to add more flour. I think I over-worked the dough, because it was a bit hard to roll without it breaking apart. However, it was easy, and they tasted great the first day. :) I just melted some velvetta (just for consistency), and added shredded cheddar cheese to dip the pretzels in and they were a great snack. I might make again, but only as many as we can eat in a day. Good luck :)
