This icing is perfect for decorating. It is very fluffy, but it holds it's shape well. I halved the recipe, but I didn't really care for the flavor, so I gave it 4 stars. I added more butter and a bit more vanilla, and I liked it after that. I'm just not much for the cocoa-y flavor at all. This is a great recipe, just not my personal taste. I will definitely use it again with my tweeks.

This cake is really good!! :) I made it as 30 cupcakes, and frosted them as directed. Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, except I added 1/4 tsp of nutmeg like the other reviewers suggested and cooked them for 15 minutes. MMMMMM...i'm about to eat another one!
