Strawberry Freezer Jam
I wish this could be made with less sugar, but it needs the sugar to set up properly. It is crucial that you measure your strawberries after they are crushed to get the right amount. Too many will not allow the jam to set up well. Tastes delicious.

Mexican Style Shredded Pork
Very good. Cooked perfectly and just the right amount of seasoning. I might use a little less of the chipotle sauce next time. It seemed to overpower the garlic and green peppers. I used kosher salt to season the meat and mixed the garlic in with it. It was a nice rub for the meat.

Texas Brownies I
A wonderful CAKE recipe. Not brownies. If it were baked in a large jelly roll pan it would be more like a brownie.
