Turned out just like my Mother-in-laws which made my hsuabnd very happy! So thank you! I actually sauteed the celery and onion in 1/2 cup of butter. And then when I was mashing the potatoes I added a tad of milk and another 1/2 cup of butter. And before putting it in the oven I put 1/4 cup butter melted on top to browned it a little. It was great....as you see butter is the key! LOL!

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

I just made my 1st BIG turkey on Thanksgiving. And this recipe was a HUGE help with timing and temps. And the butter and salt/pepper and turkey stock helped so much with the flavor. My family said it was the best turkey they had....so thank you!!!! I actually used black peppercorn and sea salt. And didn't use stuffing I stuffed it with onions and celery. Great flavor!

Cranberry Sauce I

I made this for Turkey Day. My family loved it...it was a bit too tart for my liking but that is cranberries....super easy to make would make again.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Pretty Good. i actually eliminated the OJ and didn't boil I put them on an electric skillet with the brown sugar and butter on about 200 for 40 mins they got tastey.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was excellent!! Taste was great and super easy to make! I did however only use 1 1/2 pkges of biscuits and I put them in with about 2 hours left of cooking and after 30 mins of them in I turned the slow cooker back to low. For a total of 5.5 hours of cooking. Thanks for this great recipe!

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

Taste was really good and everyone enjoyed it with their clams. A great summer snack. However watch how much tomato mixture you load on each bread slice....it will got soggy if you load it too much before baking.

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

It was a great marinade and made the house smell wonderful as it was cooking. Easy dinner to make. My husband liked it and wanted it sliced thin for a sandwich the next day. I however thought the rosemary taste was almost to strong...you have to like rosemary to like this.

Ultimate Frozen Strawberry Margarita

These are so great! And they go quick on a hot day! They taste just like the margs at a local Mexican Restaurant in our area and they are hard to beat!

Real Italian Calzones

Not one of my favorite recipes. The taste wasn't bad but wasn't the best. The dough is a little hard to knead very sticky. I would recomend sticking it in the fridge for a bit before kneading. Or flour it to the hilt! Just so you can work with it. Probably won't be making again.

Citrus-Ginger Tuna Steaks

Taste was good...the marinade to dip it in even better...however don't make this on a george foremen grill it dries it out. Can't wait to try it in the summer when i cna use the outside grill!

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup

Teriyaki Salmon

Taste was awesome!! However I did not turn my salmon after broiling for 5 mins I just took it out rebasted in and stuck it back in without turning....it was perfect!
