Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken
Made this a couple of times with my boyfriend, and it was okay. The end result wasn't worth the mess I made preparing it - if I were to make it again, I'd probably add more feta.

Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce
I am having a really hard time getting this sauce right (I'm new at this, and the butter keeps separating, I think), but even with being a little off, this recipe is very good! I'm going to keep practicing.

Fish Tacos
I've only made the sauce for these tacos, because I'm not a big on beer batter. I make it exactly as shown - except I make sure to find a big jalapeno, my boyfriend and I love spice! This sauce is delicious, and fits right into any fish taco, whether battered or not. I don't usually have capers on hand, so I'll mince up some dill pickle instead.
