Avocado Shrimp Ceviche-Estillo Sarita
This is a crowd pleaser! I've made this several times and it's so tasty with a great kick. I add Tapatio to spice it and use precooked large shrimp because it's easier. Everyone seems to rave about this recipe and I serve it with tortilla chips.

Mexican Chicken Soup
This recipe is yummy! I tweaked it and added Mexican rice, an extra can of chicken broth, small can of diced chilis, corn, and half a can of jalepenos and this really was the kicker if you want it spicy. This was better than the chicken soup we get from our authentic Mexican restaurant. Sooooo good!
