Garlic Red Potatoes
I've made these many many times! Flavor wise these are wonderful! Only thing I find is that they need longer to cook. We like our potatoes tender and I usually cook them at LEAST an hour and then take the tinfoil off and "brown" them a little towards the end. Sometimes I omit the lemon juice and just use the butter and garlic! They are just as delicious (I actually prefre them like this and my hubby likes them with the lemon so I rotate how I make them!!) Very yummy!

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce
I made this for my hubby as he really enjoyed the crab stuffed steak at Longhorn Steak house. I followed the recipe exactly and cooked the steak partially in the pan and partially on the grill. We both thought the flavor was great but a little salty (and we normally like salt). Not sure how to cut it down for next time other than rinsing the crab meat first or cutting the cajun seasoning in half. I didn't salt and pepper the steaks prior to cooking them since I knew we'd be putting sauce on them! Not terribly time consuming but was in the kitchen for about 1 hour and 45 min. from start to finish and I cook a lot!! Definately a make again with a few tweaks to try to eliminate some salt!

Brown Sugar Chops
These were good- I even did as a previous reviewer said and marinated them first for about an hour and then did the recipe. I cooked them exactly according to the recipe and felt they were overdone. My hubby said they were OK and asked for BBQ sauce because they didn't have a lot of flavor. The kids ate them fine without complaining (which is always a challenge around here) and I thought they were OK too. Not sure what I'd change and not sure if I'll make again!
