Baked Buffalo Wings
This recipe is awesome and has quickly become a family favorite. I use boneless strips, cut into chunks, and fix as directed, but bake for about 35-40 minutes, turning once. I then put some dipping sauces of choice (our favorites are Caribbean Jerk and Honey Chipotle) in two small dishes and warm in the microwave. Dip the cooked chunks and ENJOY!!! We absolutely love it and feel it is the closest to Buffalo Wild Wings that I have been able to come.

Chicken Crescent Casserole
I love this recipe. It is very easy and quick to make. I, like many others, use cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. I use shredded cheddar cheese instead of swiss. I don't put in the celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts or almonds as I never have these on hand. The casserole is absolutely delicious!!
