Strawberry Butter

AWESOME! I loved this! I added more preserves and a whole quart of fresh strawberries to give it a very natural taste. It was so delicious and I had numerous people asking for the recipe. Thanks!!

Curried Cauliflower

Blah, I didn't like this at all. The cream of chicken and mayo made it all taste like very artificial indian food, not to mention i'm sure it's not good for you at all.

Baked Lentils with Cheese

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
I liked this! Per the review before me i added a few more spices... onion powder, garlic salt and crushed red pepper flakes. I also didn't add quite as much onion because it just seemed like way too much. Maybe it wouldn't have been though. I also used chopped tomatoes instead of stewed tomatoes because that's what I had. All in all I thought this was very good.

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
I absolutely loved this! It was a nice change from beef manicotti shells. The only thing I changed was I added some ricotta cheese into the stuffing. Next time I make it I'll probably grill the chicken a bit before adding the bread crumbs. Thanks for the recipe!

Peas au Gratin

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
I thought this was pretty good but I doctored it up quite a bit. Instead of just peas I added mixed veggies that included carrots, green beans, corn and peas. I also added a few more spices including onion powder, extra garlic powder and some crushed red pepper. Then on top of the potatoes I whipped up a mini batch of the egg mixture not including the veggies and put it on top of the potatoes to make it a thicker casserole. It turned out pretty good! I learned that I'm not a huge Thyme person, but that's just personal preference.

Awesome Bow Tie Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
So delicious! Per reading other reviews I also halved the balsamic vinaigrette and found it to be perfect that way. I also added some sunflower seeds to add a little crunch. I couldn't get enough, and I don't overly like pasta salad. Great recipe!
