Double Tomato Bruschetta
Same here, didn't like the balsamic vinegar. I also want to stress the importance of toasting the bread well before adding the topping so that the middle doesn't get soggy. I also added too much of the liquid to the bread when I put the topping on so make sure you drain the topping well.

Fresh Tomato Salsa
Excellent flavor, again way too spicy. I used 1/2 a JalapeƱo pepper and it is still hot.
