I'm a runner. Recently I had two major surgeries. I wasn't able to eat for over two months. During the time in the hospital I began to watch the Food Channel and other cooking shows. When I was able to go home I began to cook and bake for my wife so she would have something to eat after work.

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers
Yes they were yummy! A bit too moist using two eggs. Ended up making four patties. Wish there was more flavor or heat ( next time I might try adding more pepper flakes ). Would make again.
