Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I consider my cooking abilities to be better than average, but I have very little experience baking. I just made these cookies and they turned out AMAZING!!! Great recipe, thank you for posting it!! I made a frosting and drizzled it over the cookies once they had cooled which gave them a little finishing touch. (The frosting I whipped up was about 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract, 1 Tablespoon of softened margarine, and then slowly add enough milk while whisking until the mixture turns to a frosting consistency. Too thin - add more powdered sugar. Too thick and clumpy - add more milk.)
