This was absolutely awesome! It was so easy but so gourmet.

This salad lacked pizzaz. I even changed the apples to Granny Smith to add a little tartness. As we were eating it, we thought it still needed something more. I happened to have some packaged Honey Roasted pecan pieces (from the salad section of the produce area). Sprinkling a few of these seemed to help.
